Shipping Information

We proudly ship dirt bikes across the United States. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

• Shipping Method: Freight delivery with tracking

• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location and bike size

• Delivery Appointment: Required for most freight deliveries — the carrier will contact you to schedule

• Signature Required: Yes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales on dirt bikes are final. However, we offer returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• The bike arrives damaged or defective

• You receive the wrong model or size

To be eligible:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• The bike must be unused and in original condition

• Keep all packaging materials for inspection

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was ours.

Warranty

Most of our dirt bikes come with a manufacturer’s warranty (30-180 days depending on brand). Warranty covers manufacturer defects only — not wear and tear, abuse, or modifications.
